Testimonials

We hired Heath and his team over the Christmas holidays to run a roller disco week at our youth centre, PowerStation in Mortlake. The event was incredibly successful and young people and their parents thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We found Heath and his team totally professional, hardworking and fun. We couldn't have managed this without them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my work colleagues and associates for future events.

Hi there, just wanted to say a great big thank you for a hassle free, enjoyable birthday party for my daughter. All the children had a fantastic time, even the ones who had never skated before. Gina was a brilliant hostess taking away all the stress by organising and helping the children and for accommodating our every need. We all had a fantastic evening. Well done and thank you!! Will be recommending you to lots of friends!

We took a group of Year 7 pupils from Richmond Park Academy to the roller disco, as a reward for doing well this term. The pupils loved it, even those who had never skated before really tried their best. Pupils really enjoyed themselves and Heath and the team were really helpful, showing the pupils how to skate safely without falling over too much or getting injured.

Hi Heath & The Team Just a note to say "many thanks" for making our 20th anniversary celebrations a great success. You and your team were absolutely brilliant on the night helping our clients with special needs to skate and have a great time. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to other organisations who were considering hiring your company for an event. Keep up the good work!!

Dear Heath, We were absolutely thrilled with the Roller Disco you provided for Izzy's birthday party. All the girls really enjoyed themselves. It was amazing to see how "proficient" they became within a short space of time, especially the girls who had never skated before. Your professionalism was reassuring and appreciated. From your prompt response to e-mails, setting up on time and swift packing up once the party had finished. Wishing you all the best, Catriona

I can't tell you how much praise I have had for the night, children who want it again next time, and staff who had a great time, despite it being their free time. As a team you were so organised. Everything was perfect and very much want to do the same thing again next year.

I booked SK8 house after using them at my school in London. They were again professional and fun. The roller skating was used as part of our College days to end the school year. The pupils loved every minute. It really brought a team atmosphere and the pupils responded to each other in a caring and encouraging manner. The staff loved it too!!! Will be hiring SK8 house again!! Thank you SK8 house for a fab 2 days from all the pupils at Shenley Academy.

SK8 have once again been the highlight of our end of year activities week! This year we wanted to celebrate the themes of Friendship, Respect and Community through a week of exciting activities across the school, and thanks to Heath and the team, we were able to provide all of our pupils with an opportunity to skate across two full-on action packed days! Heath and the team created a fantastic environment for pupils (and staff) to safely skate to the latest tunes and it was a perfect opportunity for our pupils to demonstrate and develop our themes - Friendship, Respect and Community! This was the second year we have worked with SK8 and we look forward to SK8 being part of our end of year programme for years to come! The Roller Disco is a brilliant part of your visit and look forward to this being even bigger next time. Thank you again for giving our young people such a great end to the school year!

Our Neighbourhood Action Group, working with Thames Valley Police and our local town council, have been offering Roller Discos in our leisure centre for the past few months. We are due to have our 9th disco next Saturday. Every event has seen increased numbers attending, and we only advertised in the schools for the first event. The young people are spreading the word themselves. Parents too are very happy to have an event their sons and daughters can attend in safety with their friends. At last Thatcham is offering something exciting for teenagers to do on a Saturday evening with their friends in their own town. Heath and the SK8house team are to be congratulated for the success of this project. We, the Neighbourhood Action Group, can recommend them highly. Thank you SK8house.

For the third year in a row SK8HOUSE have helped us run our really successful Transition Days. We wanted to offer our new Yr 6 students an exciting day of which skating made up part of it. Each time Heath and his team have visited GAD they have offered a friendly and professional service. We better book them for next year's event now!!!!!

SK8House Hire proved to be an amazing choice for a massive student event hosted in Manchester. Combining live music, dance, fashion, art and a ROLLER DISCO all into one venue for one night was always going to be a challenge. However SK8house where amazing with their services not just on the night where we had 600 students eager to get skates but also before the event with all their advice and prior venue assessments to see how things could happen. They were not just a company that came in and provided hundreds of skates but they literally became a part of the event organisation. Would recommend SK8house to anyone, their growing portfolio with major events only shows their efficiency and professionalism. Why look elsewhere!

A couple of years ago SK8House bailed us out last minute to help put on a roller disco at church for over 100 students. We used them the following year for the same event and plan to use them every year into the future! They are professional, good value and very good at putting on an authentic roller disco experience. Most of all Heath and his team are the most helpful, kind and polite people we have ever worked with for events. This makes the whole experience incredibly easy and 100x more enjoyable!

SK8House came to run an event at our school yesterday and we all had a marvellous time! The hall was transformed into a roller disco and it was a very inclusive activity, for children and parents alike. Heath, Laura and Sammy were fantastic, supporting those who were a little nervous to start with and encouraging the confidence of those whose skills were a little more advanced. We were recommended to SK8house from another PTA who had used them for an event- and they didn't let us down! The operation is slick, well organised and very professional. Most of all they are fabulous people! I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any school who is thinking of organising this type of event and will most definitely be keen to use their services again in the future. Thanks guys for a great day!

SK8house helped us put on the highly popular, safe and successful Roller Disco as part of the inaugural, and award winning Vintage Festival. We recommend SK8house.

SK8House have been offering roller skating in the Hinckley & Bosworth area for a number of years now. From starting off with their sessions at Hinckley Leisure Centre, I made contact with Heath and the team to expand the sport into the local schools, initially through the Sports Unlimited (government funded) programme. If it wasn't for the energy and enthusiasm of the SK8House team then we would not have had the huge success that we have had in engaging young people. More notably our sessions at Groby Community College have been extremely popular. The motivation to want to succeed not only as a business but for continuing to create new, exciting and fun activities for young people, makes my job so much easier. Professional, reliable and current - keep up the good work SK8House

Karen Mason, Sports Development Manager: Hinckley Bosworth - Thursday, 09 June 2011

Hi there, Just a thank you for a fantastic time with you over the last few sessions. Myself and my family always have a great time. It is so nice to have such fun and yet feel comfortable with a professional event - we love it! Thanks again for all the good times! Looking forward to many more.

John: Hinckley - Thursday, 09 June 2011

SK8House have been working to deliver skating sessions for the students of our High school and Upper school for the last 18 months and we now have a regular 100 young people attending every week. This has been one of the most successful activities that we have offered that has captured the interest of young people - Mates and Music are the key to engagement!! SK8House offer this!! Heath and his team from SK8House are professional, reliable and offer a great activity for young people who really love coming along with their friends to enjoy the up to date music whilst skating.
